4. Ordering Process
- Contact our Wholesale Department at wholesale@looktook.pk or via our website’s inquiry form.
- Share your business details, required products, and quantity.
- Our team will send you a quotation and invoice within 1–2 working days.
- Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed for delivery.
5. Payment Terms
- Payments must be made in advance via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.
- Credit terms may be available for verified long-term partners upon request.
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Nationwide delivery available through TCS, Leopards, M&P, and other trusted couriers.
- Delivery time depends on order size and destination (typically 3–7 working days).
- Wholesale buyers can also arrange their own logistics or pickup from our warehouse (where applicable).
7. Returns & Exchanges (Wholesale Orders)
Wholesale orders are final sale and non-refundable, except in cases of:
- Damaged or defective products upon arrival
- Wrong items shipped by LookTooK
All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photo evidence. Replacement or store credit will be issued after verification.
8. Resale & Branding
- Wholesale buyers are free to resell products under the LookTooK brand or their own brand (depending on the product type).
- For LookTooK-branded items (e.g., perfumes or apparel), resellers must not alter labels, packaging, or pricing claims without written approval.
- Online sellers are encouraged to use original product images and descriptions provided by LookTooK for consistency.
9. Bulk Customization
For select products (especially perfumes, chappals, and accessories), we offer custom branding or packaging options for bulk buyers.
