1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- You received a wrong product or a damaged/defective item.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The return request is made within 3 days of delivery.
Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging or accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Products
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Fragrances and perfumes once opened or used
- Personal care and health-related products
- Custom-made or special order items
- Discounted or clearance items
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at info@looktook.pk or through our website within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear product images.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product to our address.
Please note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product received was wrong or damaged.
4. Refund Process
- After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund within 7 to 10 working days.
- Refunds will be made through bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash, depending on your selected payment method.
- Shipping or delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a product (for size, color, or other reasons), please contact our support team. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and product condition.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched.
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- Refunds for canceled prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 working days.
