We provide nationwide delivery across Pakistan, including all major cities and towns through trusted courier partners such as TCS, Leopards, M&P, Call Courier, and other reliable logistics providers.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Customized or pre-order items may take additional time, which will be mentioned on the product page or communicated via email.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after order dispatch:

  • Major Cities: 2 to 4 working days
  • Other Areas: 4 to 7 working days

Note: Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Delivery: Available on select products or for orders above a specified amount (as mentioned on our website).
  • Standard Delivery Charges: Apply for orders below the free shipping threshold and are displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email. You can use this number to track your parcel directly on the courier’s website or through our customer support team.


6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders require confirmation via phone, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatch.
  • Please ensure your contact details are accurate and reachable to avoid delays.
  • Customers are requested to check the parcel before payment (where applicable) and ensure the package is sealed and undamaged.

7. Prepaid Orders

For prepaid orders (via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash), dispatch begins once payment is successfully received and verified.


8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, LookTooK shall not be held responsible for courier delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect shipping addresses or courier issues. However, our team will assist in resolving such matters with the courier company.


9. Change in Delivery Address

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Address changes are not possible once the parcel is dispatched.
